Executed over 350+ C-suite mandates, conducted over 5000+ interviews across various functional disciplines. Met with over 3000 companies and senior leaders from start up, SME’s, large multinational’s to listed companies. Operated in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to founding ecap, Chris was one of the founding partners and member of the senior leadership team of a boutique search firm where he was instrumental in the growth of the business, which led to three acquisitions in 2010, 2014 and 2018. Chris has spearheaded a number of regional initiatives that have been adopted by both local and international institutions resulting in appointing, retaining, high performance teams that continue to grow and deliver world class results.
Recognized as a thought leader and advocate for Nationalization programs, where he has partnered both Government and private sector. With a significant track record, Chris is highly regarded in the region as a trusted advisor to Board’s, Ministers, Chief Executives and some of the region’s most influential business owners and leaders. Chris is a keen sportsman, educated at Gordonstoun, married with two children and has called the United Arab Emirates home since 2007.
