Reem is a Principal ecap. She is responsible for scoping and capturing talent pools across multiple industries and functional disciplines. Reem has over 14 years of industry experience in executive search and recruitment with a strong track record in sourcing and placing high calibre Middle Eastern nationals into C-suite and senior leadership positions, as well as understanding the Middle East local content.
Prior to joining ecap, she handled multiple executive search assignments for key business functions for international and regional corporations in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.As well as multiple assignments focusing on Nationalization wherein, she worked with prestigious government, semi-government entities, and Private companies and built her national network. She has been in UAE since 2009 and she consider it her home.
Reem is a certified career advisor from the International Association of Career Advisors IACA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan. She is particularly passionate about psychology anddiversity recruitment. She speaks both Arabic and English. Reem enjoys different outdoor sports activities like running, cycling and horse riding and she devotes her free time for her family and daughter.
