Renee is the Head of Client Engagement for ecap. In this role Renee leverages her 15+ years of expertise within the executive search, leadership assessment and talent management industry.
A veteran researcher, Renee has worked across multiple sectors and in her most recent role has supported a 750 million USD engineering conglomerate, redefining the talent acquisition, nationalisation and sourcing strategy. Renee has operated within the Human Resource, Executive Leadership and Recruitment Industry since 2003 and holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Ohio University, USA.
Renee is passionate about the digital agenda at ecap and the opportunity to drive client capability through talent infusion, digital efficiency, and metric-based assessments.
